1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Business Information

Roti Friday is a trade name (DBA) of InvestWright Management LLC, a Connecticut-based company. All orders, payments, and communications are conducted under the legal entity InvestWright Management LLC.

3. Ordering

Orders are placed through our website and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. Once an order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via the contact method provided.

4. Payment

Accepted payment methods include Cash, Zelle, and CashApp. Payment is due at or before pickup unless otherwise arranged. Orders are not considered complete until payment is received in full.

5. SMS Terms & A2P 10DLC Compliance

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Roti Friday for order updates and customer care. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

• • Transactional messages: Sent for order confirmations, status updates, pickup/delivery notifications, and customer support. These are required to fulfill your order.
• • Promotional messages: Only sent if you explicitly opt in via the optional checkbox. You may opt out at any time.
• • Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe.
• • Help: Reply HELP to any message for support.
• • Carrier Liability: Roti Friday by InvestWright Management LLC is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• • Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to receive SMS text messages from Roti Friday by InvestWright Management LLC. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

SMS messaging is provided in compliance with A2P 10DLC regulations and carrier guidelines.

6. Pickup & Delivery

Orders must be picked up at the selected time during our Friday events. We are not responsible for orders not picked up within a reasonable time. Dine-in and pickup options are available as indicated at checkout.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Order cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Refunds, if applicable, are issued at the discretion of InvestWright Management LLC.

8. Limitation of Liability

InvestWright Management LLC (DBA Roti Friday) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at https://rotifriday.com/privacy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information, including SMS opt-in data.
